Yucca Valley is a small township in the San Bernardino County in California. According to the 2019 census, there are around 21,700 people residing within it's boundaries. It is located in the Mojave Desert, USA, which is 3300 feet above sea level. Yucca Valley lies around 17 miles from this place and Twentynine Palms is around 27 miles. Yucca Valley is just at the west around the San Bernardino Mountains. In the south of this town you will find the Joshua Treee National Park. Yucca Valley is often regarded by the people as “gateway” to California’s outback.

What to do here? - there are some real interesting places you can visit in Yucca Valley. All these places are flocked by the locals and tourists throughout the year. Take a look -

 

  • Bob's Crystal Cave - created in 2004, the Bob's Crystal Cave is a drive in movie theater and with an outdoor marketplace as well. The place is really beautiful and is a meditative space which is made of foam and running water. There are thousands of crystals spread all across the place. You will be amazed to see the entire place shining bright with crystals.

 

  • Desert Christ Park - this has been the attraction for Kitsch hunters for more than 50 years. A barren and mysterious place that calls for different adventure sports. When you visit here, don't forget to check out the famous Christ statue that has been erected here. There are various kinds of statues and figures which are spread all over the park.

 

  • Pappy and Harriet's Palace - built back in the 1940s, the Pappy and Harriet's Pioneertown Palace is one of the great attractions in Yucca Valley. It was a film set that has been used in many Hollywood film's. Don't forget to check the Catina and the in-house bar which hosts a lot of local performers.
